Classic Lash

Extensions

Classic eyelash extensions are simple, beautiful and natural-looking eyelash extensions. They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means one extension is attached to one natural lash. This allows you to achieve a natural enhancement.

Hybrid Lash

Extensions

Hybrid extensions give you the best of both worlds. The look is achieved by mixing classic lashes and volume lashes that are placed strategically to frame the eyes. Hybrid extensions offer a variety of texture and more volume, but without the sometimes-unnatural look of volume lashes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at concierge@aphrosbeauty.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

How long do lash extensions usually last?

A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle, which is anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual. We recommend getting a fill anywhere between 3 and 4 weeks.

How long does it take to apply them?

Our artist can apply a beautiful Full Classic/Hybrid Set of lashes in 120 minutes, a Volume Set in 120-140 minutes. we ask you to generally plan on 60-70 minutes for a fill as well. We like to remove any grown-out lashes, clean them up, and make your lashes look like brand new every time you come in, this will ensure the retention and life of your extensions.

Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?

No! When applied properly, with perfect isolation and weight eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes.

AFTERCARE

  • Do not get lashes wet for 24-48 hours

  • Do not apply mascara for 24 hours post-treatment

  • No saunas, tanning, workouts, swimming or long, steamy showers

  • Clean your lashes with our foaming lash & brow cleanser. This helps to remove makeup, dirt & oil. After cleansing, pat to dry with lint free towel

  • Be gentle with your lashes. Avoid rubbing your eyes and picking or pulling at your lashes. Not only can this cause your lash extensions to fall off prematurely, but it is also damaging to your natural lashes

  • Don’t miss or postpone your lash fill appointments. Getting your lashes refilled every 2-3 weeks is necessary to keep that lash line looking full. We love seeing you come in routinely for your refills

Can I wear makeup with my lashes?

YES! Although we don’t recommend wearing any mascara that isn't extension safe or oil-based products, as it will shorten the life of your lash extensions. Do not wear mascara immediately after service.

We have extension safe mascaras, cleansers/make-up removers, and sealers available for purchase!

What should I do before my lash appointment?

  • Thoroughly wash your eyes with oil free face wash or our Aphros Beauty Lash & Brow Foam cleanser.

  • Do not wear any eye make-up to appointment. If you must, please note we will add a lash bath at an additional cost.

  • Do not curl lashes

Lash Extension Care Begins Immediately After Your Appointment

If you don’t keep your lashes clean, makeup, oil and debris will accumulate along your lash line. This buildup breaks down the adhesive bond that attaches your lash extensions to your natural lashes. That means poor retention, aka: your extensions will fall off faster than your natural lash shedding cycle and your lash line will have gaps. Lack of proper cleaning can also cause blepharitis (eyelid inflammation), so it’s so important to stay on top of our easy-breezy lash extension aftercare routine.
